The Blind Childrens Center’s mission is to optimize each child’s development by providing a special education/vision program within a fully inclusive multi-disciplinary model for young children and their families so that they may lead independent and productive lives. The Center’s mission is also to use its expertise and experience to serve families and professionals worldwide through support services, educational publications, and research support.
