The Children's Chorus of San Antonio was founded in 1983 with the mission to bring the highest quality choral music education and performance opportunities to our children and youth. Singers represent the metropolitan area of San Antonio as well as surrounding communities and perform in a variety of concerts, both formal and informal, throughout the city. CCSA is comprised of five training and performance ensembles for ages 7-18, an early childhood program for ages birth-6 and community outreach programs serving young singers right in their own neighborhoods.

Our singers regularly perform with the San Antonio Symphony and Mastersingers and have been featured on NBC-TV's Today Show and NPR's Performance Today. Through immersion in music from all over the world, and our local flavor that is such a mixture of varying cultures, CCSA celebrates the diversity that is America and San Antonio.(more)
