%newline%While our research & education programs are national (& often international!) in scope, our community service programs serve Sarasota County. These include the Flanzer Hearing Outreach program to provide free screenings for Pre-K children to identify hearing loss prior to Kindergarten; the ECHOS Children's Clinic and Cochlear Implant program to provide free and sliding scale ear care; and a partnership with the SERTOMA Speech & Hearing Foundation to provide financial assistance for hearing aids for children & adults.(more)
