Chrysalis House, a short-term staff secure treatment/detention program, for court-involved adolescent females located in Framingham, MA needs two Group Care Worker I’s. Ensure required programming is followed; maintain safety and security of program. Maintain proper documentation and communication with administration. Positive role modeling with energy and creativity required. Experience working with adolescents, possess good oral and writing skills, advocacy and group facilitation skills and will be capable of working within a well structured treatment oriented environment. Candidates must be 21 years of age and possess a valid MA drivers’ license. A competitive salary is offered by The Agency and an excellent benefits package.
Shift available are:
Friday – Tuesday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (Wed/Thurs off)
Friday – Tuesday 7 am – 3 pm (Wed/Thurs off)
