Cooking SuppliesWe're in need of portable hot plates, blenders, and kitchen accessories (knives, spatulas, spoons, measuring cups, etc.)
Kitchen SuppliesTupperware, knives, utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, blenders, coffee grinders, stock pots, cutting boards, pot holders, plastic flatware, paper goods.
Nutrition Workshop FacilitatorWe're looking for a bilingual facilitator (Spanish) to run cooking demonstrations and nutrition programming at a Food Pantry (run by the SF Food Bank.) This opportunity will involve working with at least one volunteer. Materials and training will be provided by Leah's Pantry, but the applicant should have education or experience in cooking or nutrition work. The workshop runs once weekly for 6 weeks beginning Thursday, 1/15/09 (8:20-10:00) Pay is $420 for the series. Please see our website (www.leahspantry.org) for more details and to apply.
