Join the Longwood Symphony Orchestra for its annual FREE summer concert at the Hatch Shell on the Esplanade on Wednesday evening, August 20, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Conductor Jonathan McPhee has arranged a program that will have you holding onto the edge of your seats, from Wagner's thrilling "Ride of the Valkyries" to John Williams "Indiana Jones."

The concert will also feature the premiere of 15 year-old composer Jeremiah Klarman's "Festive Dance" and present the teen winner of the Foundation for Chinese Performing Arts annual Piano Concerto Competition.
