Operation Outreach-USA's (OO-USA) mission is to address the basic issues affecting the academic and social development of our nation’s children. By focusing on literacy and the building of strong character among pre-kindergarten through middle school age children, OO-USA unites schools, teachers, parents and the community behind a common cause; helping children develop the skills necessary to be successful contributors to society.
