Donate BloodWednesday, September 24, 2008 - Thursday, December 31, 2009Blood donations are needed by accident victims, surgery patients, people with sickle cell anemia, leukemia and cancer patients, and others throughout the region on a daily basis. The Red Cross must collect around 500 units of blood every day in the Greater Ozarks-Arkansas Region to meet the needs of these area patients.
Only 37% of the population is eligible to give blood. In this region, less than 5% of eligible people donate. Your donation could make the difference in someone's life. Please consider becoming a blood donor today!

In-Kind DonationsIf you or your organization would like to make a small in-kind donation of food or refreshments for your local blood drive, please contact your local blood drive coordinator or call the Red Cross at 800-GIVE-LIFE and we can put you in touch with your local blood drive coordinator.
