Reel EarthEnvironmental crisis are both a universal concern and a share responsibility. Yet for disadvantaged socio-economic groups, connection with these issues suffers when the priority is to survive on a daily basis. Our Belief is in inspiring young people who are faced with socio-economic hardships to embrace the importance of becoming global citizens.
By connecting the impact of these issues with the reality of their lives, young people then have the opportunity to make a direct impact within their community. From spreading awareness of these issues to taking an active part in positive growth, the younger generation becomes the advocate for change in their communities by making the job of protecting the environment relevant and defined.
Through this Program, kids will be taught to think critically about these relationships and the interconnectedness between the personal and systemic injustices that affect them do deeply. Remedee encourages them to stand for change and hope.

Reel LivesReel Lives is built on the premise that more than ever, media is the dominant language of youth. Media crosses borders, economic boundaries and social strata. Yet our current education system does not place enough emphasis on media literacy and education. Our goal is to empower disadvantage, low-income youth by providing a platform for youth to be heard, we hope to bridge the gap between the actions taken by those in positions of power and the effect it has on our next generation.
We provide disadvantaged, socio-economic youth with the tools and resources to critically analyze their circumstance and share their world with those that have little to no contact with their communities. Through this we hope to engage in a conversation that will enact change and bring to light the issues that so deeply affect them.
