Being on a tight budget, and that we never skimp on the animals, we all ways skimp on ourselves.
We use our own organic hay for pet bedding, unfortunately some of the dogs have allergies to some of the hay grasses. Pet beds would really help. Dog toys, doesn't take long to get chewed up.
Average age of our farm equipment is 40+ years old.
We buy all our clothes at thrift stores.
