Join a CommitteeThe current leadership of YNPN Austin consists of a fifteen-member Board of Directors that oversees non-programmatic operations and organization-level decisions. Administration of our events, communications, fundraising, and programs is managed by one of our Programming, Membership, Development, and Communications Committees. YNPN Austin is continuously recruiting passionate and talented individuals to help with the operation of our organization. Attend Social Networking EventsWe host frequent social networking events where young professionals can meet one another and share ideas. Events include monthly happy hours, consolidated volunteer efforts, group discussions and more. We encourage members to invite other interested individuals to join our networking events and learn more about YNPN Austin, and the nonprofit sector.
Attend Professional Development Workshops Members can attend our professional development workshops to learn valuable skills in nonprofit work, including topics such as project management, presentation delivery and personal branding for the job search.
